What do you do at LitLingo?

Sales Development Representative

Favorite part of working at LitLingo?

To pick a single favorite thing is hard, but I would have to rank culture and overall work environment up there. Being part of such a supportive and collaborative group is really amazing!

What do you find most rewarding about your role?

Whenever we help our clients solve a significant pain point in their day-to-day work, that is a great feeling. Technology can optimize so many of our workflows; it’s just finding the right fit for your business need.

What makes someone successful on your team?

Working at a start-up means every day is different, so it’s important to be flexible and open to testing out different approaches. When you find something doesn’t work, being able to course-correct quickly.

What’s the biggest problem your team is solving?

Testing out which tactics are the most successful for introducing LitLingo to the business world. The communication analytics industry is still very much in its infancy, so there’s not really a tried and true sales strategy to reference.

What projects are you most excited about?

Honestly, all of them! Being at such a new company allows all of us the opportunity to wear different hats and really move the needle. It’s been an amazing opportunity to see behind the curtains and savor all of the wins!

Favorite thing to do in Austin?

Other than supporting the local comedy scene, I really love to wander around the city and explore new spots and shops. Growing up here, it’s beautiful to see how much the city has grown and changed. I’m also pretty known to frequent the Texas State History Museum… a lot.

Guilty pleasure?

Binge-watching all things Ru Paul’s Drag Race.

What food do you hate?

Can we all agree mushrooms are unnecessary?
