What do you find most rewarding about your role?
The team. I was beyond impressed with everyone when I was interviewing. I knew LitLingo had something very special, and I could not wait to join!
Favorite part of working at LitLingo?
When customers realize that we can actually prevent risky communications from being sent, that “a-ha” moment is really energizing.
What makes someone successful on your team?
Never being satisfied or complacent. We will continue to raise the bar for ourselves, continuously striving to show up better than the day before for each other and our clients.
What’s the biggest problem your team is solving?
Helping customers reduce business risk through better communications. We want every organization to know that LitLingo can help their employees avoid mistakes that lead to litigation or regulatory risk. Imagine having compliance training occurring in real-time on live communications!
What projects are you most excited about?
Building a customer-centric sales organization from the ground up. All too often, I see businesses develop their strategies around themselves and their vision, but I feel this is a misstep. I am a huge advocate of flipping that paradigm to a client-focused approach that meets our clients where they are today, listens to their pain points, and delivers the solutions they need.
Favorite thing to do in Austin?
Watching live music at the Moody Theater.
Favorite sport to watch and team to follow?
College football, South Carolina Gamecocks
Mexican food – I will keep eating until you take it away.
