I love the collaborative environment that everyone participates in. This makes work not only efficient and effective but really enjoyable. Also, the entire team is talented and shares the same curiosity I have for commercializing highly advanced technology.
Being the first product manager at LitLingo, there hasn’t been an established system for the product department. I find that building out this process for improving and evolving the product to be most rewarding. This entails performing deep dives into every department of the company to understand how the entire team can contribute to making the best product possible.
Being curious and perceptive. We are utilizing cutting-edge technology to solve a complex problem in a previously unidentified market. In order to succeed, you need to be willing to learn every day and constantly iterate on your approach.
With all complex, powerful software tools, the biggest problem is finding a way to make the product easy to use while maintaining all of the functionality. The same applies to us, and it’s a problem we are tackling head-on.
We have a lot of really cool applications for LitLingo coming in. I’m excited to work with the sales and model development teams to build out some cool new features to design and implement.
