Favorite part of working at LitLingo?
Working with innovative technology and a team that is passionate about all the new solutions we are building. The last company I came from employed 10,000+ people, and while it was a fantastic experience, working with a tight-knit, agile team like the one we have here affords new and exciting opportunities.
What do you find most rewarding about your role?
Working with our customers as they build out new methods for managing communications in real-time. In my 20 years of experience working in professional services, I haven’t seen technology that can move the needle on day one for customers quite like LitLingo.
What makes someone successful on your team?
You need a customer-centric mindset focused on figuring out what their pain points are and how we can help them accomplish their goals.
What’s the biggest problem your team is solving?
Not necessarily my team’s problem, but my immediate family lives in Dallas, and LitLingo is headquartered in Austin. So juggling working in Austin during the week and heading back home on the weekend takes some time to adjust.
What projects are you most excited about?
We’ve got a series of exciting projects lined up that focus on customer service, litigation risk, and compliance.
Favorite thing to do in Austin?
Spending time with my extended family who have all moved to Texas in recent years.
Favorite sport to watch and team to follow?
Football – New England Patriots
What food do you hate?
Scallops. I’m allergic to them. Other shellfish are great!
